My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, after some work on the computer set up, turned out to be very nice but the initial impression was horrible. On the bright side, the rooms were so pretty and clean. The service was a bit of a hit and miss - it started off very helpful and pleasant early in the morning but there was a lack of knowledge and quick dismissal of a booking issue. Despite this, the staff was very nice and informative during check-in and check-out. The location could use an upgrade, but it was clean and great, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the airport was perfect. The dining experience left much to be desired as it was not available late morning, which inconvenienced many late-returning guests. As for the facilities, they were very basic, without any standout features.

The hotel's rooms were disappointing in terms of quality with worn furnishings, dirty carpets, and mold in the shower. On the bright side, the staff members were upbeat and had outgoing personalities. The location was convenient for shopping, dining, and airport access. The dining options were overpriced, and the facilities were lacking.
